PaddleFIT® kayaking fitness sessions run at locations around the St George and Sutherland
Shire including: Bundeena and Cronulla. The sessions are a perfect introduction into
the popular sport of kayaking and a great way to get fit, meet new people and have
fun at the same time!
PaddleFIT® 1 hour sessions are an excellent low impact full body workout - great
for toning up and strengthening the arms, abdominals and thighs.
PaddleFIT® are run in blocks of 8 sessions starting regularly throughout the year.
This first session focuses on teaching kayaking skills.
PaddleFIT® sessions are suitable for females and males of all age groups and no previous
kayaking experience is necessary. You just need to be able to swim and should be
in reasonably good health.
The sessions take on a relaxed, rather than structured approach, focused on paddling
as a group to various locations, assistance with kayaking technique and most importantly
having fun in the great outdoors!

Our PaddleFIT 4 Work 1 hr kayaking fitness session are a fantastic way to keep your
work team (or group of friends) fit. Sessions can be scheduled on days / times to
suit the needs of your group and run at various locations including Cronulla, Grays
Point and Bundeena. Min. 10 people and Max. 20 people. Minimum of 5 sessions. Cost
is $100 per person for 5 weeks.
