We accept payment by cash, cheque, internet banking facilities and credit card (Mastercard and VISA). Please note that payments by credit card attract a  4% administration fee.

Full payment in advance is required for guided tours and courses, group bookings of 10 or more people (if you wish to receive our group discount) or if departing from locations other than Bundeena.

We reserve the right to cancel kayaking activities usually as a result of unfavourable weather predictions or insufficient number of participants. In case of cancellation, we do not provide refunds, however you have up to 1 year to re-book the activity. Just contact us following cancellation to get details of upcoming activities.

Cancellation by customer will result in the following charges: 7 or more days notice: Full Refund, 4-6 days notice: 50% Refund, Less than 4 days notice: No Refund

When making a group booking, please confirm number of people 7 days prior to date of booking. If number of people decrease by more than 2 people then the above cancellation rates will apply calculated on a per person basis.

 

If you wish to make a booking for KAYAK HIRE or GUIDED TOUR, please complete details below. For other activity bookings please go to the Contact Us page where you will be able to contact us and organise your booking. You should receive confirmation of your booking (by phone or email) within 1-2 days of request. Alternatively you can call us on 9544 5294 to make a phone booking. Payment is not necessary until the day for kayak hire, but is required at time of booking for tours
